We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our HR department and oversee all aspects of human resources operations for our wireline company. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of HR policies and procedures in the wireline industry, as well as experience in managing and developing a team of HR professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer employee benefit programs specific to the wireline industry, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits
- Develop and maintain HR metrics and analytics specific to the wireline industry to track and report on HR-related KPIs
- Stay up to date on changes in employment laws and regulations specific to the wireline industry and ensure company compliance
